My Teaching Philosophy
Dr. Jacqueline Stavros
Each student comes with a unique learning style and agenda: what are they are interested in learning, how do they best learn, and how can I support them in relation to course objectives? My classroom is a safe and caring place where students explore their ideas, ask questions, and bring their thinking into topics we are learning. We’ll make connections between topics and their experiences and how what we’re learning supports their goals and growth.
