Important Renewal Documents
Current Student Application
Please complete and email the Housing Application to housing@ltu.edu. All students who want to live on campus for the 2023-2024 academic year must complete a Housing Application. |
Room and Roommate Preference Form
As a reminder, if you have roommates in mind for next year, you may consider submitting one Room and Roommate Preference Form per room. |
Summer Housing Application
Residents wishing to stay over summer 2023 must submit the Summer Housing Application and be enrolled in at least one LTU on ground course. |
Co-Ed Policy
All students must agree and mutually request the same roommates and turn in this contract form. Each apartment must be filled to maximum capacity at all times. |
Over Occupancy Room
All students must agree and mutually request the same roommates and turn in this contract form. All students recognize that it is his/her choice to live in an over occupied room and therefore, no discount will be given. |
