Edsel & Eleanor Ford House

Dressing Room

The Dressing Room housed Eleanor’s wardrobe. In the 1960s, the Detroit Free Press identified her as one of the city’s best dressed. “She wears very feminine suits and small, unobtrusive hats for daytime with her pearl strands and tiny purses. And gloves, always.”
