Prepare to succeed in your classes this fall with FREE Pre-course workshops!
- Review material you may have forgotten since your last class so you can hit the ground running;
- Learn basic course strategies;
- Preview material that you will see in the first few weeks of class; and
- Meet your classmates and have the opportunity to form study groups for help and support throughout the semester.
Pre-courses are facilitated by tutors from the Academic Achievement Center. Pre-courses meet for three hours per day for three consecutive days. After Pre-courses are over, tutors are available for group and individual tutoring at the AAC throughout the semester.
All students enrolled in the target classes are invited to attend Pre-courses. Students who would like extra practice reviewing concepts in math and/or physics, or who have failed the course previously, are especially encouraged to attend.
The dates for Fall 2022 Pre-Courses are Monday, August 15 - Wednesday, August 17
