First-year applicants are students that will be graduating from high school this academic year or if you haven’t complete any college courses following graduation from high school. Dual enrollment students and graduates from a middle/early college program are considered first-year applicants. If you are not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, please go to the international applicants section.

Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment Program gives you the opportunity to earn college credits at the times that work for you! If you’re doing well in your current classes and have the skills and abilities to take college-level courses, dual enrollment can move your college career forward while you are still in high school.

AP/IB/CLEP Guidelines

Incoming students can earn college credit for select courses at Lawrence Technological University by taking the tests associated with AP courses and IB courses in high school, and CLEP exams.
