Lisa Kujawa
Kujawa has served as the Associate Provost for Enrollment Management and Outreach at Lawrence Technological University since 2002 and is now, currently serving as the Vice President of Enrollment Management. She has nearly 40 years of experience in higher education focused on admissions, recruitment, retention, and enrollment management.
At Lawrence Tech she leads the University's efforts to improve student achievement and retention and was instrumental in the reestablishment of intercollegiate athletics. She has also chaired numerous committees at Lawrence Tech on strategic planning, enrollment planning, banner implementation, and mission effectiveness.
She is a past president of the Michigan Association of Collegiate Registrar and Admissions Officers (MACRAO) and a current member of the Midwest ACT Executive Council. She earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology from Mercy College and a Master of Arts in training and development from the University of Michigan - Dearborn. She attended the Harvard University Management Development program in 2002.
Lisa is a popular speaker on leadership, communication, and collaboration, and has spoken on these topics at numerous national, regional and local educational conferences. She has also presented on the University's celebrated One-Stop Concept and the integration of its enrollment services division at national and international conferences. She is an author of two book chapters regarding developing a ladder for admissions professionals.
Before joining Lawrence Tech as director of admissions in 1998, she worked at Mercy College of Detroit as the director of admissions and scholarships, and at the University of Michigan–Dearborn as the associate director of admissions and director of information support services.
