The Facilities Department at Lawrence Technological University is an organization of qualified individuals dedicated to the common goal of maintaining a physical environment that promotes innovation, safety and a sense of community. Led by the Director of Facilities, reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance and Administration, the department is committed to support the overall mission of the University through effective organizational structure, operational efficiency, and competent fiscal management.

Upgrades / Projects Send detailed email request to Campus Facilities (campfac@ltu.edu) along with the name of the department funding the project.
Routine Services Provided
Buildings / Offices: Maintenance, repair, and operation of buildings, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, lighting, electrical, plumbing, utility systems, and monitoring equipment installed as an integral part of the buildings. Please submit a work request for any repairs needed for
