Two Degree Options:
- Coursework only: requiring 16 hours of core courses and 16 hours of technical electives.
- Coursework plus thesis: requiring a combination 20 credit hours of any of the core and technical electives courses, plus a ten-credit-hour thesis for a total of 30 credit hours.
Courses are offered in late afternoon and evenings for the convenience of working students.

Dr. Kun Hua
Associate Professor, Electrical and Computer Engineering
Director, MSECE Graduate Program
Dr. Hua’s research focuses on wireless communications, vehicular communication networks, digital signal processing and embedded system design. Before he came to LTU, he was honored with the “Outstanding Teaching Award” by University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
