Graduate CertificateIntegrated Project Delivery

LTU

Many stakeholders in the construction industry recognize the inefficiency of design-bid-build project delivery. Numerous and costly changes, contract disputes, and schedule delays render traditional general contracting a less attractive option than in the past. Integrated project delivery (IPD) methods, especially design-build, are popular precisely because they successfully address these problems.

The construction industry values professionals with some educational background in IPD methods. Additionally, there are professionals who would like to learn IPD concepts without completing a lengthy graduate degree program. This graduate certificate caters to the needs of these two groups.
