Organizational Psychology

This course will cover the major concepts, theories and empirical research related to organizational psychology. Specific topics will include: work motivation, leadership, decision making and job satisfaction as well as more recent trends such us cultural diversity, work teams, work-family and quality issues. Lecture 3 hours.
