Microrobotics

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of microrobot technology. The course content focuses on (1) The physics laws governing the behavior of micro-scale devices, (2) The design, analysis, and fabrication technologies for microrobotic devices, (3) The components and construction of microrobotic systems, and (4) The common application areas of micro-scale engineering devices.
