This course integrates the theory and practice of organization development using transitional and transformational leadership models for negotiating change. Values, vision, communication, and coalition building are explored to build the structure needed to overcome resistance to change and open the way to orchestrate change in complex global organizations. Cultural factors affecting individual and group dynamics are considered and integrated into the design and implementation of plans for strategic change.
